When paired in a full-course meal, use these sizing guidelines to determine how many trays you need:
We recommend serving a traditional Indian full-course meal: appetizer, curry, bread, rice/biryani, and dessert.
For 60 Guests:
- • 1 large appetizer tray
- • 1 large main course tray
- • 1 large bread tray
- • 1 large rice tray
- • 1 large dessert tray
For 120 Guests:
- • 1 large + 2 medium appetizer trays
- • 2 large main course trays
